Achievements
The grant of £2,750 has helped us in the following ways:
- Partly as a result of the promotional leaflets which we were able to have printed and distributed, The Charity received over 540 visitors throughout the season. I attach the flyer. We had 11,000 printed, and paid for the distribution of 10,000.
- We installed temporary toilet facilities (a disabled portaloo) for the summer of 2024
- We installed sound equipment to enhance the museum’s interactivity.
- We welcome later this month (19th and 31st) 70 schoolchildren from Swinton and Greenlaw Primary Schools, with the help of the grant to pay for bus hire for them.
