In 2025, our club proudly staged a full production of Aladdin Jr., giving our Primary 5–7 pupils the opportunity to experience every aspect of musical theatre. From the first read-through to the final curtain call, pupils worked collaboratively to rehearse lines, learn songs, master choreography, and develop their characters.
Throughout the project, they built confidence, teamwork, and performance skills, supporting one another as they worked towards a shared goal. We were committed to providing an authentic theatre experience, complete with costumes, microphones, scenery, and props, allowing pupils to perform in a fully realised production environment. None of this would have been possible without the generous funding from Blackhill Windfarm Community Fund.
Taking to the stage in front of a live audience, the cast demonstrated dedication, creativity, and resilience. The project not only strengthened their drama and music skills but also gave them a memorable, professional-style performance experience that celebrated their hard work and talent.
