The project involved the urgent replacement of the club’s hot water boiler system after the existing unit failed completely, leaving the building without any hot water. This meant that players, volunteers, and visitors had no access to showers or basic washing facilities, significantly impacting training, match days, and overall use of the clubhouse.
A new, energy-efficient boiler was supplied and installed by Stephen Darlings Ltd, a trusted local company. The installation restored full hot water provision throughout the building, ensuring that all users can once again access safe and hygienic facilities.
This upgrade has improved the overall standard of the clubhouse, supporting player welfare and enabling the club to continue hosting matches, training sessions, and community events.
