It was our aim to get funding for a large, wooden storage room to be built within our warehouse that would house donated children’s items and equipment.
This additional storage allowed us to increase the amount of equipment donations we could store at once, which granted us the ability to supply more families with free baby equipment such as prams, baby bouncers, cots etc.
The funding meant that we were able to increase our capacity to support more local families in need whilst simultaneously keeping good, quality baby equipment and clothing from needlessly going to landfill.
