Terms & Conditions of the Grant
This grant is awarded to support projects that align with the objectives of the Blackhill Windfarm Community Fund. The funding must be used solely for the purpose stated in the approved application.
Claiming the Grant
- To receive the grant, the recipient must acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as part of the grant application form.
- Funds will only be released upon confirmation that the applicant has agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
Use of Funds
- The awarded funds must be used strictly for the project as outlined in the application.
- Any changes in circumstances that impact the funded project must be reported to the Blackhill Windfarm Community Fund immediately.
Recognition of Support
Recipients are required to acknowledge the support of the Blackhill Windfarm Community Fund in any promotional material, press releases, or project reports. Proof of such recognition may be requested. A logo is available on request.
Reporting Requirements
- A brief progress update, including photos, must be submitted six months after receiving the grant.
- A final report summarising the outcomes of the project must be submitted within twelve months of the grant being awarded.
Compliance
By accepting the grant, the recipient agrees to:
- Adhere to the above stated terms and conditions.
- Implement the project in accordance with the details provided in the application.
- Provide necessary documentation or updates when requested.
Acknowledgement of Terms
All grant recipients must acknowledge their agreement to these Terms and Conditions on the grant application form before the grant payment is issued.
